“ I’ve ordered takeout from Village Pizzeria before but never ate in and wow was it delicious. We shared a Family style Caesar salad, a Caputo pizza, and a Sacre Bleu pizza. All were absolutely to die for, the staff was excellent, and the restaurant itself was very quaint and nice. Galway is kind of far out there in Saratoga County but is definitely worth stopping through town for this place!!! We will be returning here soon!! ”

“ Last night, my girlfriends, husband and I went to the Village Pizzeria for dinner. We were seated upstarts, which was really awesome! It was a very intimate setting up there and was very beautiful, and quieter. We were treated to a very special occasion...a magician named Bill Bing! He came to our table for around 10 minutes and did absolutely AMAZING magic with his deck of cards! He blew my mind with every trick he did! He is also a mind reader, literally! When we gave me his business card, he made it into a mind reading magic trick! You'll have to ask him to do it with you when he gives you a card too. He's amazing!!! Dinner was delicious!!! We were treated to wonderfully baked fresh bread to start. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was huge! There were 6-7 of them and each one was bigger than a golf ball and packed with terrific, yummy stuffing. I had tomato and cheese pizza that melted in my mouth!!! My girlfriends had lasagna, that they loved and was bigger than the size of a large brick! They couldn't finish it! My husband had the stuffed shrimp with risotto and broccoli. He got quite a few shrimp that were of good size and enjoyed everything so much that he finished his plate! We ordered the chocolate cake for dessert, and let me tell you, we each got an enormous piece! We each wound up taking it home as well! We had a wonderful time last night! We're all planning on going back again very soon! Great food, great atmosphere, and GREAT entertainment! Please go and see what it's like! ”

“ I’ve been going there for close to 20 years. I’ve never had a bad meal. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. Probably the best wine selection in 50 mile radius, hands-down and the best part is the owners are on site at all times making sure everything is perfect. ”

“ I had the most amazing experience here last weekend while dining here with my husband and another couple. The atmosphere is relaxed and not too noisy at all (Saturday night, early dinner hour). Staff were welcoming and friendly. They stopped by to check on us often as well. Now, for the food. It was absolutely delicious. We started with mozzarella sticks (always a first good test). They were cooked perfectly, and the marinara dipping sauce was flavored nicely. The bread that comes with all meals also arrives with an oil and balsamic dipping bowl. I don't know why it tasted so good, but I couldn't help but keep eating more! My husband ordered the Philly pizza and loved it so much that he can't wait to go back to try one of the many others on the menu. I had Chicken Marsala with Penne Pasta. All of their pasta is homemade. The Marsala Sauce had a perfect balance, not too sweet and also not too heavy on the wine. Chicken was thinner, which I prefer, and cooked well. (I prefer chicken that is cooked for a bit longer.) Our friends also liked their meals. I can't wait to go back - there are a bunch more things on the menu I want to try (Shrimp Scampi Pizza, you're next). Highly recommend. ”
